BLACKBAND RENOVATION • NEWPORT BEACH, CALIFORNIA

Located on the sand of the Newport Beach Peninsula, this heavy and dated home was transformed from the inside out to showcase our clients’ refreshed beach house wishes. We melded the home’s Tuscan Italian architecture with a Spanish modern vibe and a coastal color palette to create this contemporary take on old-world living. Style aside, the great room endured the most dramatic transformation with a major rearrangement of the kitchen and dining layouts. Most of the arched windows and doorways were preserved throughout the renovation and mixed with a combination of new curves and squared-off edges.
