The former dated cottage was taken down to the studs to create this new and improved coastal home fit for a family of five on their Balboa Island paradise. Blackband’s renovation and design team reimagined the structure to maximize functional space, indoor-outdoor living, and style that sparks joy for our adventurous, beach-loving clients. From moving the front door to expanding the rooftop deck (now the largest on the island!), all three stories were personalized with new designs while staying true to Balboa’s quintessential cottage charm.
