For Wendy’s birthday last year, we decided to throw her a big surprise party. After countless hours on Pinterest we agreed that a ‘secret garden’ theme was perfect for the event! We covered the house from top to bottom in bright blooming flowers and giant balloons with hanging tassels (side note: do not fill large helium balloons with glitter…the cleanup is not pretty!). We set the mood on the patio with outdoor lighting and hung candles in varying lengths from an old vintage door for an added touch of ambiance.
