Located on a charming channel in Newport Harbor, this new three-story beach house hosts hidden-gem views of Southern California scenery that can be enjoyed from the patio to the rooftop and almost every room in between. Inside, we worked with the homeowners to bring in layers of their sophisticated island inspiration to the streamlined architecture of the home. We lucked out getting to work with the nicest clients, pushing their ideas forward and ultimately creating a dream home just a Duffy ride away from a lifetime of Billy’s at the Beach mai tais.
