Design et al is celebrating their 10th anniversary of the awards + we're looking forward to joining the party!

It's the incredible collaboration of this home's design + build team that makes the final product exceptional in every way. The innovative + driven homeowners recruited their team of professionals wisely starting with world-renown architect Rob Sinclair of Sinclair Associates Architects + local builder Andrew Patterson of Patterson Custom Homes whose "new standard" mentality is taking over Newport Beach neighborhoods one new build at a time. Our interior design expertise was brought on board early to weigh in on architectural decisions + select the finishes + furnishings that made this dream house a family home. It's a project we are honored to have been a part of + excited to share with you!
